Make your team easy to discover
List your whole eligible team and the treatments they offer. Independent feedback helps clients understand each person’s customer experience; you manage accurate profile details and booking links.
Easyo is built to bring independent customer reviews together with med spa and clinician details. Less digging for clients. More ways for your whole team’s customer experience to be understood—and a direct path to book.

Reviews about Sarah help explain why she may fit this request.
Clients shouldn’t have to piece together reviews across multiple sites to choose a clinician. Our approach brings independent feedback and treatment details into one place, with clear links to the evidence. A review about your med spa stays separate from a review naming someone on your team.
A treatment, their location, and preferences such as a thoughtful consultation or natural-looking results.
Compare treatments, each clinician’s focus, and reviews about that person without digging across separate pages.
A link takes them to that person’s scheduler. If no link is connected, this demo saves a request.
List your whole eligible team and the treatments they offer. Independent feedback helps clients understand each person’s customer experience; you manage accurate profile details and booking links.
Put relevant independent reviews next to the person they name. Show source, date, and context when available—including criticism. Limited evidence must be clear, and reviews do not establish clinical skill.
Send clients to the booking page for the clinician they choose. Keep your existing scheduler and see which inquiries become appointments when outcomes can be verified.
Easyo’s planned search ads, social ads, and treatment guides bring people looking for med spa treatments to the marketplace. They compare local med spas, explore clinicians, and choose who to book with.
Planned search campaigns reach people looking for med spa treatments in Utah.
Planned local social ads introduce a better way to find a med spa and clinician.
Treatment guides and clinician profiles help people compare their options before booking a consultation.
Measure the path from discovery to clinician selection to an attended appointment.
We plan to fund shared campaigns in launch markets. You do not need to buy a separate advertising service. These campaigns have not launched yet, and we do not promise a set number of bookings. We will measure completed visits and repeat use before expanding.
Great service should have a chance to be recognized through what clients actually say. Partners pay for tools, not control of reviews or recommendation order. Every eligible team member can be discovered, with no promise of equal bookings.
The live product will use permitted review feeds from established platforms. Business-selected testimonials will not determine recommendations. Sources are not connected in this demo.
Correct your team details and booking links. Businesses cannot choose which reviews appear, hide criticism, or pay to improve their position. Suspected errors should be investigated through a fair review process.
Keep business ratings separate from clinician-specific feedback. Show positive and negative experiences with context. Fewer named reviews means less evidence, not less skill. Independent reviews can still contain bias or errors.
Choose free med spa discovery or add booking links and appointment reporting. The proposed med spa plan has a fixed monthly fee, with no fee per patient, booking, or treatment.

Proposed pilot terms, subject to market and service eligibility, an agreed verification process, and a signed agreement. No charges or campaign launches occur through this demo. No guaranteed leads, bookings, or revenue.
The proposed pilot welcomes med spas across Utah and focuses on a limited set of treatments. We will test whether clinician-level discovery helps clients choose and book, then use those results to guide expansion.
Bring several local med spas and their eligible teams into the pilot so clients have meaningful choices.
Establish permitted access to independent review data, verify which clinician each review names, and connect booking links before the live pilot launches.
Review completed first visits, cost per attended visit, repeat demand, and partner satisfaction before expanding.
Tell us about your med spa. We will agree on pilot treatments, team profiles, booking capacity, and how appointments will be measured before a commitment.
No. Our review policy is independent of payment. Businesses manage factual profile details and booking links, not the selection or sentiment of customer reviews. Report misattribution, suspected fraud, or privacy concerns for investigation; an unfavorable experience alone is not a reason to remove feedback.
Your whole eligible team can be listed, and the proposed location plan includes all of them without a per-person fee. Customers can explore your team and choose who to book with. Search order reflects the request; it is not a declaration that one clinician is better than the others. We cannot promise equal bookings.
They can have a profile and appear for services they provide. Limited review evidence should be labeled clearly. It must not be presented as a poor rating or a claim about clinical ability.
This proof of concept is oriented around a proposed Utah med spa pilot. Live review ingestion, marketplace campaigns, and scheduler integrations have not launched. Pilot timing will be agreed with participating med spas.
No. The demo uses clearly labeled fictional clinicians, ratings, and excerpts. Live reviews must come through permitted independent sources, with original attribution and dates. We will connect a review to a clinician only when the identity is clear. A business rating is not an individual clinician rating.
No. The goal is to suggest people who fit a customer’s requested service and preferences, using available reviews to explain the fit. A different request can produce a different order. This is not a clinical skill ranking or a guarantee that someone is the best.
An optional text-results feature is planned: a client requests one text, then opens a link to compare clinicians and visit the chosen booking page. The customer demo includes a preview and a working results link. SMS delivery and live booking verification are not connected.
No. The demo supports practitioner-specific booking links and saved appointment requests. Live calendar access, scheduler verification, and automated review ingestion require future integrations.
No. Easyo plans to bring customers to the marketplace through shared search ads, social ads, useful content, and referrals. We do not sell agency retainers or dedicated business campaigns. Med spas pay a fixed subscription for booking and reporting tools if they choose the paid plan.
No. The proposed Partner plan is $299 per month for one med spa location and its whole eligible team. Discovery is free. No fees are collected through this demo, and pilot terms must be agreed before launch.
No. You cannot pay to move up in the matches or own a territory. Customers should see options based on their needs. Any future sponsored placement would be labeled separately.
